Logging into the System
Login is managed through a central authentication system using an Active Directory.
- Open the internet browser and enter the SmartSolve® URL address.
Result: The SmartSolve Login window is displayed.
- Enter the network Login ID and Password.
- Click the Sign In button.
The following rules apply to user accounts:
- Passwords are case sensitive.
- When users change their network passwords, the changes take effect in SmartSolve.
- The user is required to re-enter passwords in the system whenever making a secured transaction within SmartSolve (sign-offs and/or approvals).
